This hotel experience was horrifying! We found the bathroom dirty and the bed felt unsafe. The service was unhelpful, and we encountered unsettling loiterers outside. It was just a nightmare, leading us to leave early.

the quality inn & suites is conveniently located off holland rd, making it easy to hop on the interstate. the outdoor pool was a nice touch, perfect for cooling off after a long day. manager dave was super helpful and mentioned renovations, which is exciting! overall, my deluxe queen room was pleasant for the price.

Convenient Location and Friendly Staff
I had a pleasant stay with a wonderful outdoor pool and friendly staff that made check-in easy. The location off Holland Road is perfect for travelers. However, the cleanliness of the rooms could definitely use some improvement, as I found a dirty towel left in the bathroom upon arrival.

The Quality Inn & Suites was conveniently located right off the highway, making it easy to access nearby attractions. Our Deluxe Queen Room was comfortable, featuring a nice refrigerator and microwave which were perfect for our late-night snacks. The outdoor pool was a great way to cool off after a long day, and the staff were genuinely friendly and helpful throughout our stay.
The WiFi signal was weak at times.
